The Centroflo is precision-engineering Stamping Centrifugal process pumps designed and manufactured to withstand the most demanding pumping application. Using advanced manufacturing and stamping technology, the Centroflo pumps are made from thick Stainless Steel Plate for Ultimate chemical resistance and durability.

The Superior lightweight construction and consistence in material quality has made Centroflo emerge as the preferred pumps over the traditional cast stainless steel pumps on weight, pitting and crevice corrosion problem. CHEM-GARD®

Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps

These heavy-duty and rugged horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed, engineered and constructed to handle corrosive, abrasive and other aggressive fluids, as well as those liquids which must remain free of metallic contamination. CHEM-GARD® pumps are available in a wide selection of thermoplastics and in ANSI/DIN, self-priming, close-coupled and integral pump/shaft motor designs.

Their unique sliding front bearing design assures minimum shaft overhang, simplifies maintenance, and allows all types of mechanical seals to be utilized. Vanton's unique reverse-mounted seal arrangement avoids metal contact with fluid and eliminates need for exotic metal seals. Rated for flows to 1450 gpm (330 m3/hr), heads to 400 feet (122 meters), and for use at temperatures to 275°F (135°C).

CG thermoplastic centrifugal pump is metal armored
The Vanton CHEM-GARD CG design was the first horizontal centrifugal pump engineered from inception to utilize the unique characteristics of thermoplastics. It is not a metal pump made of nonmetallics. Design features include molded plastic components, tangential discharge, wide open seal area and retractable front bearing to simplify maintenance and accommodate all popular mechanical seals. CGA centrifugals meet ANSI and DIN standards for process pumps
These end suction pumps combine centerline discharge and back pullout construction with the CHEM-GARD wide open seal, sliding bar pedestal design. They meet ANSI B-73.1 and international process pump standards. Metal armoring of the plastic casing and flanges enables these thermoplastic pumps to handle the same nozzle loadings as metal pumps.

CGA centrifugals meet ANSI and DIN standards for process pumps
These end suction pumps combine centerline discharge and back pullout construction with the CHEM-GARD wide open seal, sliding bar pedestal design. They meet ANSI B-73.1 and international process pump standards. Metal armoring of the plastic casing and flanges enables these thermoplastic pumps to handle the same nozzle loadings as metal pumps.




CGM sealless ANSI centrifugals feature magnetic drive
Vanton magnetically driven ANSI pumps are ideal for handling corrosive, and hazardous fluids. They are constructed with a dual nonmetallic containment can assembly: PTFE for the inner can in contact with the process liquid, backed by a rugged FRP outer can. This innovative design minimizes troublesome eddy currents. The pump conforms to Hydraulic Institute Standards and offers an air cooled, dry running, tertiary seal. Flows to 450 gpm (102 m3/hr), heads to 280 feet (85 m).






CGC closed-coupled pump offers compact size, economy, purity
The CHEM-GARD CGC close-coupled, thermoplastic pump sees wide use in clean room applications. It offers a small footprint, and limits fluid contact parts to natural, unpigmented PVDF or polypropylene to avoid contamination. CGC pumps are often specified by original equipment manufacturers as an integral component on standard systems because they accommodate any C-face motor, and are available in chemically inert thermoplastics at relatively low cost for flows to 550 gpm (125 m3/hr) at heads to 220 feet (67 m).

ROBUSCHI - CHEMICAL PROCESS PUMPS WITH OPEN IMPELLER

RKN SERIES

The RKN Pumps are single stage centrifugal pumps with axial inlet, manufactured to grant a "back pull out" disassembly. The RKN line is covered by one bearing brackets.

Field of Application

Because of the recessed open impeller designed with wide crossed section between blades it is possible to pump, without any clogging problem, solution with crystals, muddy and/or viscous liquids, with particles or fibrous materials chemically inert or aggressive.

The RKN pumps are suitable in chemical and petrochemical industry, in steelworks, in sewage treatment plant, in paper and sugar industry, in pharmaceutical industry, in textile and food processing industry and shipyards.

The NEW Classic+ combines a proven design with extraordinary features to produce a lobe pump ideally suited for today's demanding applications requiring a traditional lobe pump.



With 316L Stainless Steel product-wetted parts, sanitary design, and low-shear flow, the Classic+ meets the demand for high product quality, reliability, and service. Being of a design proven over many years, the Classic+ offers superior reliability in a wide range of applications.


Designed and manufactured using the latest computer aided design, manufacture, test, and inspection techniques, several innovative Johnson features have been incorporated within the product. These result in the Classic+ range being ideally suited to both continuous and intermittent transfer or process applications, offering a wide range of displacements. Every Classic+ model offers smooth flow, positive self priming pumping action, dry running, and reverse flow ability with low agitation or shear.


Classic+ has the benefit of being universal mounting. The bolt on feet allow the ports to be aligned either horizontally or vertically to suit application requirements. The rotorcase profile and geometry allows for complete self draining of the pump when mounted with the ports in the vertical position.

Classic+ has options for enlarged ports, seals, drives, and jacketing enabling it to interface with a wide variety of process requirements and plant technologies.

Available with a complete range of reliable high quality, mechanical seals, the Classic+ has single, single flushed and double seals with a variety of seal faces to suit all applications.

Alternateively, there is a simple front loading 'O' ring seal, ideal for lubricating liquids and where strip cleaning is used.

This new pump will replace the existing Classic Pump in early 2007. For those with existing Classic units, there will be continued supply of service as parts used in the new Classic+ are interchangeable with parts used in the original pump.
